Staple ingredients include world renowned “00” Caputo flour and D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes imported directly from Italy.  By avoiding shortcuts and substitutions, Neapolitan Express is able to create authentic Neapolitan pizza in an environmentally sustainable way.
