Pricing Information for Catered Events: We cater private/social/corporate events using our 100% Eco Friendly Food Trucks. Quotes are based on a Rental Fee (distance, fuel), Staffing (compensation for staff members), and Menu selection (items selected and number of guests). All food is subject to a state sales tax of 8.875%, and a 5% Covid-19 Relief Fee. A 25% deposit of the total event fee will be charged to secure the event booking. A non-taxed minimum gratuity of 10% is automatically added to the event total.
Refund Policy on Catered Events: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, American Express, VISA and MasterCard. Our secure online payment site is powered by Stripe and the form of payment used is NOT stored in our system. In the event of cancellation, the 25% Booking Fee is fully refundable up until one month after booking. The available funds are subject to customers’ specific bank policies. Final Payment is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. A cancellation notice is required prior to this 72 hour mark. Failure to cancel before 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the event charge. All catered services are non refundable or exchangeable after this time frame. In the event of inclement weather on the scheduled event day, a re-schedule will be allowed based on availability.
